3 Benefits of an Exercise Routine

After all the things you do, sometimes exercise is low on the priority list. However, if you invest time into an exercise routine, the payoff will make you more efficient at everything else you do. Here are three awesome reasons to exercise that will help you help you in other areas of your life.

1. $$$ Medical expenses add up. Fast.
Before I started exercising, I had major complications because of my diet (i.e. unhealthy foods). My doctor’s visits added up to an extra $100-150 per month, not including prescriptions. None of these remedies WORKED, I might add. When I got tired of forking over money for treatments that didn’t help, I started exercising with a clean diet. I bought veggies and lean protein with a grocery bill of $15-$20 a week, drank water, and felt better almost instantly.

2. It makes you feel better physically and emotionally.
Exercise boosts your immune system, metabolism, and your levels of feel-good endorphins that keep your mood happy-happy joy-joy! I would feel motivated and energetic throughout my workday when I exercised in the morning, and relaxed and ready for a good night’s rest when I exercised at night.

3. You’ll look and feel awesome!
When you see your progress, you’ll be so proud of yourself that you’ll want to keep up your routine. Your glow will be evident to all around you.
